Carlos Martín de Juan Madrid y Figueroa (2 October 1899 – 3 October 1949) was a Creeperian death squad leader. He was executed by the Creeperian government for war crimes, crimes against humanity, and his affiliation with the National Council for Peace and Order during the Creeperian Civil War.
