The 1942 Copa Sur was the 6th edition of the Copa Sur, the quadrennial international men's football championship of Sur organized by CONFUSUR.

Teams
Six of the nine members of CONFUSUR at the time participated in the 1942 Copa Sur. The six members were:
Creeperopolis, the defending champion, as well as El Salvador and the State of the Church, did not participate in the tournament as a due to the Creeperian Civil War.
