The 1922 Copa Sur was the 1st edition of the Copa Sur, the quadrennial international men's football championship of Sur organized by CONFUSUR. The tournament was hosted by Creeperopolis with all matches occurring in San Salvador between 15 June and 2 July 1922. Creeperopolis was the tournament's champion, defeating Castilliano in the final match by a score of 2–1.
