The 2021 Ratoath Riots were a series of riots and demonstrations that began on July 7, 2021 and ended three days later. The riots began as an organized protest by the Khoroshiyan Civic Initiative on July 7 to protest the election of Evelyn Laverty, a far-right candidate from the National Social Party . However, the protests was declared illegal once local government found out the Front for the Liberation of Khoroshiya also planned to participate. The protests continued anyway despite this, and initially fighting was largely contained between Khoroshiyan and Garda forces. In response to this, Far-Right groups such as the National Social Party and Blue Dawn organized flash mobs to disrupt the Khoroshiyan protestors. Clashes between Far-Right protestors and Khoroshiyan protestors escalated into rioting and looting. Over the rest of the day and into July 8, the situation continued to deteriorate as more  Khoroshiyan and Far-Right protestors entered Ratoath. This escalation caused Mayor Corey O'Brien to order a curfew throughout Ratoath and call the Cavalry Guard, specifically the 17th Battalion, to suppress the riots. The arrival of the Cavalry Guard and additional Garda units from other cities caused the de-escalation of the riots by July 10. Low-level protests continued on for a few days after July 10, however none escalated to the point of rioting.

The 2021 Ratoath riots were a series of riots and demonstrations that began on 7 July 2021 and ended three days later. The riots began as an organized protest by the Khoroshiyan Civic Initiative on 7 July to protest the election of Evelyn Laverty, a far-right candidate from the National Social Party. However, the protests were declared illegal once local government found out the Front for the Liberation of Khoroshiya also planned to participate. Over the rest of the day and into 8 July, the situation continued to deteriorate as more Khoroshiyan and far-right protestors entered Ratoath. This escalation caused Mayor Corey O'Brien to order a curfew throughout Ratoath and call the Cavalry Guard, specifically the 17th Battalion, to suppress the riots. The arrival of the Cavalry Guard and additional Garda units from other cities caused the de-escalation of the riots by10 July. Low-level protests continued on for a few days after 10 July, however none escalated to the point of rioting.
