Uulbalğsn (Şovunkeln: Уулбалһсн; Western: uulbalḥsn) is a province in southern Byasa. It is bordered to the south by Uulgadzar, to the east by Xojdgazar, to the northeast by Rigrongseb, and to the north by Delkəxörs. It has a population of around 1.2 million. It has the highest concentration of Xavčards in Byasa. Its capital is Gurvansogt.
