Rigrongseb (Byasanese: རི་གྲོང་གསེབ; Şovunkeln: Ригрогсәб) is the capital city of Byasa. It houses the government of the nation, including the executive, legislative, and judicial. It is the most populous city in the nation, with a population of over 9.8 million. The metropolitan area of the city, consisting of the entire urban province of Rigrongseb, has a population of nearly 10.5 million. It is the economic and cultural heart of the nation.

Rigrongseb has been the site of many influential events in Byasanese history, including the largest battle of the Second Byasanese Civil War and the Green Square Massacre. The city has the highest rate of violence out of anywhere in Byasa. In 2019, over 200,000 people died as a result of violence in the city.
