Octavi Artur Duaigues i Casadevall (born 24 February 1974) is a Salvadoran politician and businessman who served as the president of El Salvador and the leader of the Salvadoran Initiative (INSAL) from 2009 to 2019. He also the speaker of the Tribunals Generals from 2006 to 2009.
