The People's Republic of Gjorka was an unrecognized government claiming to be the sole legitimate government in Gjorka that existed briefly in 1911 and then again from 1917 to 1919 during the Second Gjorkan Civil War. It was initially formed in May of 1911 as part of the Blue Revolution, however shortly after it's formation it joined a unity government with the Gjorkan Revolutionary Government. The People's Republic was re-formed following the 1917 Gjorkan Coup d'etat and subsequent removal of socialist parties from the Revolutionary Unity Government. The Socialist State was short lived, and in 1919 formally dissolved in their surrender to the Gjorkan Revolutionary Government.
