Kimaco Group SCE is an Ecrosian multinational aerospace and defense technology company operating within the Global ACES program. With a diverse portfolio, Kimaco Group comprises four main business sectors: Aeronautics Systems, Defense Systems, Mission Systems, and Space Systems. Originally established in 1994 as the Kivuian–Montesayettean Aerospace Corporation, the company resulted from a merger between major aerospace manufacturers in Montesayette and Kivu. The merger faced brief controversies from 1993 to 1995 regarding potential antitrust violations. However, the company proceeded with the merger and emerged as one of the world's leading aerospace manufacturers, alongside notable entities like Aerobus, Tristar Aerotech, and Maroto Botín. In a reorganization on July 18, 2000, the Kivuian–Montesayettean Aerospace Corporation was rebranded as the Kimaco Group. This transformation coincided with the registration of Tristar Aerotech, placing the company as one of the first societas Centralis Ecrosiae (SCE) registered companies.
