The Icarisian State Ministry is the upper House in the National Parliament of Icaris. It is composed of one State Minister from each of the eight states of Icaris. The State Ministry is presided over by the Prime Minister. The State Ministers coordinate and hold sessions but also serve as the chief executive of their state. The State Ministry votes to apporve or reject legislation passed by the Icarisian Council of Delegates. The current session is the 13th Icarisian State Ministry.
