Tensure

When Clyde Schneider was killed during the October 4 attacks, newly appointed President Santiago Franco needed to fill the vacant slot. Cynthia had proven to be a skilled policy expert and negotiator in her roles as a State Delegate and Eli Dupont's Minister of Infrastructure. She was touted as one of the most effective public officials in the Traditionalist Party during the time. Presidential Chief of Staff, Tobin Pender, realized President Franco (who'd opted to not fill the Vice President role), needed a strong Prime Minister to co-lead the nation with. He suggested Cyntha Masterson and Santiago Franco selected her to be the next Prime Minister.

During her six years, she served Presidents Franco, Araújo, and Vidal. Isabella Vidal allowed for a blended selection for Prime Minister in 2064, the states chose Dietrich Weber, and President Vidal selected him to become the next Prime Minister.
