The Prime Minister is the title of the presiding officer of both the Icarisian State Ministry and the National Parliament of Icaris as a whole. The Prime Minister serves a six year term which can be renewable. The Prime Minister is chosen via blended selection or direct selection. The former is an election in each state for candidates and ultimatley chosen by the President and the latter is no elections held and the President directly selecting a Prime Minister.
