The flag of the Deltinians, known as The Black Banner (Deltinian: الراية السوداء; transliterated: al-Raayat al-Sawda‘), is an ethnic flag which represents the Deltinian people. The flag is also currently used as a state flag and war ensign by the unrecognized Emirate of Deltino, and was previously similarly used by the Caliphate of Deltino.
