The Icarisian Council of Delegates is the lower House in the National Parliament of Icaris. It is composed of four State Delegates from each of the eight states of Icaris. The Council of Delegates is presided over by the Speaker of the Council. They are the primary legislative writing body for the legislative branch. They pass legislation to be approved or rejecetd by the Icarisian State Ministry. The current session is the 9th Icarisian Council of Delegates.
