Viktor Patterson Kilroy (born February 7, 1960) is the current Mayor of Éire. He is a well known and controversial figure in Gjorka known for his right-wing positions.

Kilroy was born and raised in Éire, Gjorka and graduated Edmunds University in 1984. After graduating, he became an officer for the Garda Gjorkan. Following the Shooting of Oscar Watkins, he assisted in controlling the subsequent riots in Éire where was severely injured by protestors. He blamed his injuries on Forward Gjorka and resigned from the Garda in 1998 to pursue a political career. In 1999, he founded the Éire Eagle Organization, a right-wing political party based solely in Éire, and lead the organization to prominence in Éire. By 2013 the Organization was the second most populous in Éire. However, in 2013 far-right supporters within his party committed a pseudo-coup d'etat and ousted Kilroy from power in order to more align the Organization with the growing National Social Party. This ousting caused Kilroy to join Gjorka United and in 2015 he successfully earned the party's nomination for Mayor, winning the subsequent election. He became a frequent critic of former President Roman Vanderburg and rose to national prominence for his frequent and often unusual outbursts at him. He ran for president in the 2021 Gjorka United presidential primaries, but failed to secure the nomination.
