The president of the Legislative Bumon is the presiding officer of the Legislative Bumon of the Empire of Girisko. The incumbent president is Han Kuo-yu, a legislator from the National Democratic Party He was elected by the members of the Legislative Bumon in 2022.
Election
The president is elected by and from among all members of the Bumon in a preparatory meeting held on the first reporting day of the first session of the Bumon, and he shall serve a term the same length as that of other members. As such, the President of the Legislative Bumon serves 4 years.
Duty
The president presides over the sittings and the meetings of the Legislative Bumon and is responsible for the Bumon's administration.
