Gjorka

After the failure of Gjorka to secure the hosting of the 2023 cup in 2019, Gjorka Football Association (CCG) president Gerry Kirkwood annouced Gjorka was likely going to submit again for the 2027 cup. On 28 February 2021, the CCG officially announced that Gjorka was bidding for the 2027 cup.

The Following stadiums were submitted in Gjorka's bid:

The Gjorkan Bid evoked many of the same themes it's previous bid focused on including three primary factors: Gjorka's past hosting of the Cup, the extensive network of stadiums already located in Gjorka, and the ease of accessibility of teams within Gjorka. Firstly, Gjorka is a past host of the cup hosting it in 1991 and in 2003. The Gjorkan Bid emphasized Gjorka's success at hosting those two previous cups and added Gjorka was due to host another. Secondly that Gjorka had an extensive network of large stadiums to be used for the Cup necessitating little renovation for the cup. As well, additional stadiums existed that could be used in the event of a backup being necessitated such as Ború Stadium in Nomakoa. Lastly, the Gjorkan bid emphasized the ease of transportation with Gjorka. Team's base camps would primarily be located in Gjorka City or Nomakoa but despite the distance between the cities there would be a multitude of options travel options between them and every city hosting a cup game with high speed rail, flights and direct highways existing already.

Rakhman

On 15 December 2021, the president of the Rakhman Football Federation (RFF), Viktor Kogan, formally announced Rakhman's intention to bid to host the 2027 OFL Continental Cup, after displaying interest in hosting for multiple years prior.

The following stadiums were submitted in Rakhman's bid:
