The Treaty of New York is a defense treaty signed by the American Union and the Central American Empire. The treaty obliges both nations to defend each other as well as the Americas.
Text
TREATY OF NEW YORK
ARTICLE I
The American Union and the Empire of Central America shall mutually defend each other from foreign adversaries.
ARTICLE II
The American Union and the Empire of Central America shall defend the Americas from foreign attempts of colonization, annexation, or destruction.
ARTICLE III
The signing parties shall agree to ratify this treaty effective immediately.
