Creeperopolis, often called Creeper and also known as Nuevas Ideas Creeper™ is a politician and former military officer of The League, and formerly the Federation of Conservative Nations. He currently serves as the longest serving incumbent Council Delegate of the Republic, serving since being nominated and confirmed on 13 July 2019. He also serves as the current Director of Foreign Affairs and Archivist of the Republic. He is also a regional and Discord administrator.

Creeperopolis joined NationStates on 8 September 2015, eventually joining the Federation of Conservative Nations on 24 February 2018. There, he served as President from 15 January 2019 until 15 April 2019. He left the region following Executive Order 70219 and joined The League of Conservative Nations. He became a Council Delegate and also served as General of the Armed Forces from September 2019 to March 2021. He is an active member of the Terraconserva Roleplay and is one of the roleplay's three moderators.

He is accused to have embezzled, laundered, and stolen Leaguecredits to increase his personal fortune, which sits at 1,015,538,750,824,569 Leaguecredits as of May 2021.
