Sebastian Valentina is an Icarisian politician who served as the State Delegate from Laporinza's 3rd District from 2058-2070 and currently serves as the State Minister from Laporinza, elected in 2074. A member of the Traditionalist Party, before entering elected office he was a community organizer and activist.

Much of the commentary surrounding Valentina's presidential campaign was his unique ability to articulate legislation and policy direction. Many viewed this as a prime quality for a Prime Minister or Speaker of the Council of Delegates, as opposed to a President who leads the nation, his administration of bureaucrats and foreign policy. Valentina lacked foreign policy experience and came off as seemingly inattentive to foreign policy in the primary debates, one major reason he lost. As the first candidate to announce, he polled strongly at the beginning of his campaign, eventually falling to 12% after the second debate. He dropped out and endorsed Rye Kovan - boosting Kovan from 16 to 26% in the next poll.
