Jursanity is a monotheistic religion based on the teachings of Gabriel Jursan, through the Puirlava.

Jursanity (based on Puirlava, original translation)

Gabriel Jursan preached about God sending a child specifically to bless the world and save them from their flaws and shortcomings. Throughout the history of Jursanity, Jursans thought of Gabriel Jursan as that child of God sent to bless the world, despite Jursan never claiming that himself. He did not preach he was the son, but after his death that is what was spread. He preached about moral truth and Jursan living. His sermons were written in the book known as the Puirlava by his closest followers. Jursan and his followers were from Migaza, but were not part of the larger ethnic groups. They were members of the Parkava ethnic group, speaking the Parkavid language. Jursan preached to other members of the Parkava, many of whom had adopted Migazan Ursha and other mainstream Migazan ways, and therefore were able to spread the words of Jursan. Jursan did not speak Migazan Ursha and most of his followers did not either, however, the ones who did translated his sermons right away to Migazan Ursha(hybrid of Quomorac Ursha with Komara and Farkhan languages). There is no perfect, or even extremely close translation from Parakavid to Ursha, yet the followers translated it anyway. The original Puirlava’s distributed were in Migazan Ursha and this was the book followed by most Jursans. Early Migazan Ursha differed slightly as it was mixed with Quomorac Ursha, Farkhan and Komara. The Krystallic Empire published their own translation of the Puirlava into “Krystallic Ursha (Darbuli Ursha/Common Standard Ursha)”, known as the Puirlava, Reformed Translation.

Margath Jursanity (based on Puirlava, Reformed Translation)

Elise Ostrovsky officially converted to Jursanity in 1297 when she became Empress. In 1298, she enlisted the help of various linguists to adapt the Puirlava into Common Standard Ursha. After two short years, the Puirlava, Reformed Translation was published. During this time, Ostrovsky and her husband enlisted the help of Margaret Reilly, commonly known as Margaret of Germaeia to build a ministry dedicated to converting citizens of the Empire. Margaret died in 1304 but her ministry lived on. Her ministry founded St Margaret University in 1305 as a university dedicated to spreading the Jursan faith. In 1313, the religion was adopted as the state religion of the Empire.

The Reformed Translation outlined a strict lifestyle and adoration of the church as an institution which ultimately led to habits and practices not aligned with even the Reformed Translation of the Puirlava. Margath Jursanity grew in popularity as the adopted state religion of the Krystallic Empire. Over time, this led many to leave the religion after the fall of the Empire. Margath Jursanity remained heavily practiced in Krystallum until the

Thoric Jursanity

After the fall of the Krystallic Empire, many new states sought to establish their own cultures. The United States of Germaeia adopted a new form of Jursanity, known as Thoric Jursanity, combining elements of the Grjotan and Elifjorn ancient religion of Thjorica with Jursanity. The Thoric Jursanity was very popular in the United States of Germaeia, and was even adopted in Balintnic which later became Mirvania. Due to the Krystallic Empire's enforcement of Margath Jursanity, Thoric Jursanity includes many similar practices and institutions as the Margath.
