The Paleocacherian Extraterrestrial Exploration and Directorate (Eusazy: Stiúrthóireacht Taiscéalaíochta Spáis Seachtrach) is the national government's agency tasked with space exploration and commercial usage. Private companies such as West Coast Telecom contract with the agency to send up satellites for their services. The agency also handles government space programs such as weather satellites and space probes.

PEED Orbital Operations

PEED has numerous programs related to operating satellites in orbits around the planet Terraconserva. Among these are:

  • KV2A-KV3C Series of Telecommunications Satellites for multiple Paleocacherian companies and for government communications. They are in geosynchronous and geostationary orbits to keep them above Paleocacher for the maximum amount of time.
  • PDD1-PDD26 GPS satellites for usage by the Paleocacherian military and shared with Paleocacher's allies to provide accurate GPS signal over the northern half of the Eastern landmass and the closest parts of the Ascernis and Kivu oceans up to three hundred miles from the coast. Also available to civilians.
  • PDR2-PDR6 Military reconnaissance satellites in undisclosed orbits to provide for worldwide coverage.
  • WAR7-14 Weather Analysis and Research Satellites for Paleocacherian Scientific authorities.
  • Iolar, manned orbital vehicle, capable of re-entry. Estimated date of completion, May 2021.
  • Réalta, future manned research space station project. Estimated launch date, September 2022.
