Donideann is the capital city of Hapatmitas. Donideann houses the headquarters of the Hapatmitasian government, including the executive, legislative, and judiciary. As the second-most populous metropolitan city in the country, behind Sturgeon, it houses 4.8 million Hapatmitasians. The provincial area of Donideann, combined with the city itself, has a population of slightly over 5.1 million. While most domestic corporations are headquartered in Sturgeon, Donideann still houses many corporate and economic districts. As a Special Province, Donideann is directly governed by the Federal Assembly and does not retain its own legislature like other provinces.

The city is currently the site of the oldest landmarks in Hapatmitas, boasting its historic castles, monuments, and museums. Donideann is also home to the largest railway network in the nation, with nearly seventy-five percent of land trade in Hapatmitas passing through the city. Donideann is famous for hosting the annual Rèis Relay Nàiseanta (RRN), which has become a side-branched sport in the Banchar Games.
