The National Assembly (Cantuath: Daithead Nàiseanta, lit. National Diet) is the lower house of the Tiomnaidh, the legislature of Hapatmitas, the upper house being the Senate. The National Assembly has 485 seats, all of them elected every four years via mixed-member proportional representation. The house meets in the National Assembly Chamber in Parliament House, located in the capital city of Donideann. Members of the National Assembly are known as Ball den Tiomnaidhs (BdTs).
