The majority stake in SIDMON is owned by the National Equity Authority, an agency of the Montesayettean federal government overseeing strategic investments.
SIDMON is the primary and leading defense manufacturer in Montesayette, including all arms manufacturing companies and assets in the country. It has exclusive control over the design, production, and sale of military equipment. Furthermore, SIDMON serves as the national intermediary for defense equipment import and export operations.
