Capital Punishment (Pavulturilor:Pedeapsa Capitală) (Hebrew:עונש מוות) is a legal panelty in Pavulturilor which is currently constituted and applied in all six Commissariates of Pavulturilor, as well as the National Armed Forces of Pavulturilor (FANaP). Pavulturilor is a ferquant utilizer of the death panelty, It is one of the thirteen nations which have capital punishment as a legal penalty and is one of six which have carried out at least one execution since 2020.
The history of Capital punishment if Pavulturilor can be traced back to the Occupation of Strechia, when King Menakhem Melekh I has impaled insurectionists as punishment, offically existing since 1350.
Various methods of execution has been used in Pavulturilor, most notoriuosly, impalment, though beheading, hanging, and firing squad were also common, and still are. Most notable crimes that lead to execution in Pavulturilor include, but aren't limited to: practice of communism, practice of national progressivism, terrorism. Capital punishment is constitutionally protected, as are various capital crimes, which are labelled as "Treasones Offenses".
