Avi Navon (1984 - 2046) was the third President of the Theocratic States of Icaris and the first Minister of Defense of the Theocratic States of Icaris. He served under both Levi Shamir and Esra Eisenhardt as defense minister and was known for his war-hawkishness. He was a staunch Traditionalist. He was elected in 2037 and re-elected in 2041. Navon died in 2045.
