Avi Navon (1984 - 2046) was the third President of the Theocratic States of Icaris and the first Icarisian Minister of Defense. He served under both Levi Shamir and Esra Eisenhardt as defense minister and was known for his war-hawkishness. He was a staunch Traditionalist. He was elected president in 2037 and re-elected in 2041. Navon died in 2045.
