Alikhan II (Sarvakh: Alichrana II) full name Alikhan Alichenko Ruro was the reigning Tzar of Saratov and the official head of state of Saratov from 2009-2023. He took power in 2009 after the death of his father Mezeret IV, Alikhan II was the youngest Tzar in Saratovan history, taking power at the age of 18 and the youngest Tzar to be coronated at age 19. Alikhan has an aptitude for internal politics, frequently attending meetings in the Ducal Chamber and overstepping his bounds numerous times by attempting to direct national policy and instate various laws. Alikhan was married to his wife Zalikha Ruro in 2013 this was important as Zalikha is from House Petren a house that has usually opposed the Tzar, their marriage represents the coming of a new era for Saratov (this later turned out to be true as he instated absolute monarchy in Saratov, he didn't last too long though as he abdicated a few weeks after instating it)
