Bekzat IV full name Bekzat Arystanbek Ruro is the reigning Tzar of Saratov and the official head of state of Saratov. He took power in 2023 after the abdication of his cousin Alikhan II, Bekzat is one of the oldest Tzars to ever be crowned at the age of 56. Bekzat is career military officer, having seen action in The Saratovan Red Dawn and having attained the rank of Colonel-General, he is the first Saratovan royal to attain a military rank through experience rather than any royal connection. Bekzat was married to his wife Anastasia in 1999 and together they have had a son, Asylbek Ruro whom is current heir to the throne, and a daughter Balganym Ruro.
