The 1931 Hispanic Cup was the 11th edition of the Hispanic Cup, the biennial international men's football championship of nations who speak the Spanish language as an official language. Additionally, three nations were invited in the prelude to the 1932 Terraconservan Cup which was held in Creeperopolis the following year.
Additionally, three teams were invited from outside the Hispanosphere based on their performance in the 1928 Terraconservan Cup. The teams were invited as a part of a promotional campaign for the upcoming 1932 Terraconservan Cup which was scheduled to be hosted in Creeperopolis. The three invited teams were:
