The Folkonian Empire was brutal and demanding in its nature. As soon as it began expanding, it had swallowed up all the tribes left free from Jackson’s colonial reign and proceeds to rapidly expand through their forces.
Culture
The folkonian empire was a demanding dictatorship and had many human rights violations. Slavery was rampant from Jackson civilians that survived the folkonian army and their children were segregated from the others and taught that they were folkonians all along and to hate anyone that opposed their great nation. Despite all its many flaws, most the the citizens were in favour of this growth; Folkon had never received much recognition from the other micro-nations in Tumland and the citizens felt frustrated. That’s one of the core reasons they spread so fast, every member of the country was made to fight, from the elderly, women and children, and all were happy to serve. The even managed to keep their economy stable by rarely killing their enemies, only enough until their opponent was scared and then would enslave the rest. Even in modern Tumland and the southerly island of neighbouring Abersiania, many people still support the way Folkon was run.
