The Săgeată is a Pavulturilori family of anti-ballistic missiles tailor-made for the Pavulturilori air defence requirements and is used exlusively by the Stratigic Missile Force. The system is the end result of the Future of air defence program started by the Defence Court in the early 80's.
The Săgeată system consists of one (or multiple) 6-cylinder launcher unit, 2 EL/M-2080 radars, and several trucks for quick deployment and redeployment.
The number of Săgeată units that exsit are classified by the Pavulturilori Governemnt.

Operational History
tbd satallite incident
On tbd May 1995, the Islamic Republic of Sconia launched the tbd satallite to space from tbd launchsite, while claiming the satallite to be a weather satallite, the Kingdom of Pavulturilor claimed that it was an Armed satallite in direct violation of tbd agreement, and that if the satallite was to pass over Pavulturilor, they will have every right to shoot it down. The following year, on 4 April 1996, the satallite would enter low orbit above Pavulturilor, which issued a final warning to Sconia, that if it was to not make the satallite self desruct within 24 hours, it would resort to destroying it itself, Sconian officials refused and stated it would be illegal for Pavulturilor to do so.
The following day on 08:00 5 April 1996, the Royal Pavulturilori Air Force's Stratigic Defence Command launched a Săgeată 2 missile to intercept the satallite, after a missile launched from a Pavulturilori FA-12 "Arbaletă" impacted the satallite, but failed to destroy it. The Săgeată missile would successfully intercept the satallite 10 minutes later in 08:10 and destroy it.
Judea Crisis
In the opening hours of the Judea Crisis, 04:00 25 May 2008, the Islamic Republic of Sconia launched a massive strike on Pavulturilor, this strike would include 50 ballistic missiles of varying types, while other parts of this attack would have varying amounts of success, this part would be a complete failure as all 50 missiles would be intercepted while still midcourse.
