The Islamic Republic of Sconia, commonly referred to as The Islamic Republic, was the government that ruled Sconia from 1972 to 2008, it was established after the 1972 Sconian coup d'etat that overthrew the monarchy, it was ruled by Ali Al-Nour, a military general, the period of The Islamic Republic is considered one of the worst periods of Sconian history, with a poor economy, high income inequality, and poor HDI, The Islamic Republic of Sconia was dissolved at the end of the Judea Crisis and the Interim government of Sconia took power.
