Rakhman (Rakhi: Рахман), officialy the Tzardom of Rakhman (Rakhi: Царство Рахмана), is a nation located in southwestern Ostlandet. It is bordered by the Alathlasiu Ocean and Melanconesia to the north, Dapongdommul to the east, the Southern Ocean to the south, and Tranquillia to the west. Rakhman's official language is Rakhi, which is often considered to be a relative to the Vechiy language. As of 2023, Rakhman boasts a population of over 41 million, of which the majority are ethnic Rakhis.

The largest cities in Rakhman consist of Novinsk, Korovkar, Grodno, and Mezovsky. Novinsk, Rakhman's most populous city, has been named the nation's capital ever since its construction in 1721. Additionally, Rakhman is a member of the Ostlandet Union and is considered an interest state in the Cooperation and Development Coalition, existing as one since February 13, 1997. Rakhman has operated as a Tzardom since the nation's establishment in 1683 and is currently governed by the reigning Tzar, Aleksandr Petrov.

Military

The Armed Forces of Rakhman are composed of four service branches: the Rakhmani Army, Navy, Air Force, and Imperial Guard. However, the National Security Agency, Rakhman's secret police force, is often regarded as an unofficial branch of the military. Every male and female who reaches the age of 18 is conscripted and sent to the armed forces to complete 12-36 months of military service. Rakhman spends nearly 847 billion Tenges, 339 billion Credits, or nearly nearly 21% of the nation's total annual budget on the armed forces.
