The VE Vechnaya (Slavic: ВЕ Вечная) is a Zloveshchiyan Aircraft Carrier serving as the flagship of the Zloveshchiyan Navy, and the first and only Vechnaya Class ship. Built by the Dead Sea Shipyard, one of the few shipbuilders in Zloveshchiy, in Morya, and launched in 1993, becoming commissioned and fully becoming operational in 1995 and 1998 respectively.

The carrier was planned and designed back in 1989 by Vechnaya Morozov, two years after the War of The Three States in which she was to be a symbol of Zloveshchiy and an act of celebration for the country, being commissioned to the military alongside the introduction of the Ki-29K which was developed to be assigned to the carrier.

However, due to lack of financial resources to properly maintain and support the ship, she was eventually broken down in 2006, where she was brought out of service to undergo a refitting process in a drydock within Morya. Since then, she had been undergoing refitting for seventeen years, where the repairing process has been hampered by various setbacks, such as a large fire setting ablaze upon the ship, setting back a few years of repairs back in 2012.

In 2 March, 2023, the aircraft carrier was sunk by the terrorist organization, Crescent Moon. The Pavulturilori National Security Serivce was also said to be allegedly involved in the attack, but no evidence was found to support this claim.
