The Tranquil national football team represents Tranquillia in international football since its founding in 2016, it has yet to compete on an international level being the youngest team to join the OFL. It is overseen by the Tranquil Football Association (TFA), the governing body for football in Tranquillia, which is affiliated with the Ostlandet Football League. Tranquillia hopes that the team will compete in multiple international championships, notably the OFL Continental Cup and the Terraconservan Cup.

Tranquillia's home stadium and headquarters are located in the Melody National Football Stadium in Port Melody. It is Tranquillia's third largest stadium by size with a max capacity of 45,000 seats. The team's coach is Man Hoon, whilst the captain is Lee Puk-Jou.

The national team is still relatively young in comparison to other nations teams or regional sports teams, Because of this there have yet to be any major team reshuffles or team member changes with the exception of the teams original coach Bok Chunghee who was replaced after a scandal in 2019.

History

Overview

The Tranquil national football team was founded in October 2016 by Sang Chungho and Bok Chunghee, two regional football players from Local clubs. Association football began to be introduced on a national level after the Ministry of Tourism and Culture took note of the tourism and economic effects from the 2015 OFL Continental Cup on New Gandor, Within several months multiple studies were conducted and found that introducing football and other sports on a national level would bolster national pride, tourism and the overall health of the population. As such in 2016 the Tranquil Football League (TFA) was formed and tasked with creating a national football team for their debut international game in the 2019 OFL Continental Cup
