The Tragedy of Miro (Slavic: Трагедия Миро) is an event that took place near the city hall of Mirotvorets, Zloveshchiy, when a terrific attack caused by the terrorist organization, Crescent Moon happened that lasted on 1 January to 8 January.

The event happened on the very turning to the new year of 1995, where crowds of civilians gathered on the front entrance of the city hall, including Alexei Volkov and the Mayor of Mirotvorets, to celebrate the coming of next year. On exactly midnight, car bombs started going off, spreading mass panic and causing various deaths and injuries.

Alexei Volkov survived the attack, and was escorted out, albeit with severe injuries. The Mayor died during the attack.

Within that timeframe, Crescent Moon violently took over the city hall, holding the employees within the building hostage. They shot at any form of resistance as they fortified themselves in the city hall.

Their motive was to bring about the new era of Monarchist Rule, and they would not surrender until their demands for a new monarchy was met.

It took a week of grueling hours of gunfire and destruction before the Zloveshchiyan Military managed to eliminate the terrorists and liberated the government building. However, the hostages were killed during the attack.

The impact the attack had on the general populace was tremendous, creating a 10-year long record of no mass celebration in fear of another attack of similar scale. Today, the Tragedy of Miro is remembered as the worst terrorist attack in Zloveshchiyan History, where the people who died during it are honored in Miro's Remembrance Day, a day where each and every fallen soul is remembered.
