Sebastian Wick (b. 2034) is a terrorist and co-founder of The Blue & White Collective, the terror group responcible for the October 4 attacks in 2058. He is currently serving a life sentence for his direct involvement in planning and executing one the largest acts of terror in the history of the Theocratic States of Icaris.
