The Seizing of the Tumanitun Trader
On September 16th a Tumish Cargo Vessel sailed out of port in Peninsula, on its way to Porto Enateo in New Illyricum, carrying a full load of oil. Around the Claufenese sea, the vessel encountered a large storm, suffering damage to electrical lines and main engines, leaving her dead in the water and without electrical power. Earlier that week, the SSH Schillen had been deployed to patrol the disputed waters around the maritime border with New Illyricum. The Tumish Vessels last recorded transmission was a message confirming they had left port back in Peninsula. With no power, the ship had now drifted directly into Abersianian waters, and at 06:59, the Abersianian crew attempt to establish radio contact, to no avail. With tensions getting high, the Abersianian Captain clears a boarding squad to seize the vessel, and at 11:34 the vessel is docked at the Harbour in Schausce.
