The Revolutionary Front for Californian Independence, abbreviated as RFCI, is a southern Californian militia. It is considered to be a terrorist organization by the government of the United States of America.
Since the start of the war, the group has operated in southern California. The group has been responsible for many terror attacks against white Americans. Its most notable act of terrorism was the 2020 Los Angeles floods that flooded much of the city of Los Angeles in November 2020.

History
Formation
The Revolutionary Front for Californian Independence was established on 10 November 2020 in southern California as a result of the 2020 United States presidential election during the Second American Civil War. The group's leader, Comandante Creeper, claimed that "Führer Trump will send his death squads to kill all colored people, thus, we must kill all white people before they kill all of us." The group declared independence for the state of California and the establishment of a statewide commune. Anti-white policie have been implemented in areas controlled by the RFCI. The group outlawed the Republican Party, only allowing membership of the Democratic Party. The group claims it will turn California into a one-party state.
Campaigns
The group engaged the Mojave Desert Republic during the Battle of Victorville. A large advance north along California Route 14 was also made, where the RFCI captured Palmdale. The RFCI also advanced south into San Antonio Heights and east into the San Bernardino National Forest on 11 November. The Palmdale Regional Airport was captured on 13 November.
The group's website, www.rfci.com, was taken down on 11 November by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) and the Army recaptured Hidden Springs on 12 November. The RFCI entered Mexican territory on 14 November and captured Tijuana on 16 November.

Notable atrocities
On 10 November 2020, the group executed 13 people in Hidden Springs, California, for being white. Following the massacre, Comandante Creeper stated, "We will rip up Palmdalite infrastructure and burn down the city, eradicate the Falling Spings corridor, and turn Lake Los Angeles into a lake of blood." The RFCI began shelling civilian areas of San Antonio Heights on 10 November. The RFCI also massacred 25 people in Paradise Springs and 5 people on Mt. San Antonio.
On 11 November 2020, the RFCI destroyed the San Gabriel and Morris Reservoir Dams causing severe floods in the areas directly south of the reserviors. An estimated 267 people have been killed in the floods and the National Guard has deployed local relief disaster groups. Comandante Creeper made a statement during the flooding event: "The whites are now suffering for their crimes. The white death toll is high and will only continue to rise. The National Guard does not know what it is doing, it is supporting systemic racism. National Guard, stand down and join our cause!" Following a decree by Joe Biden that he would deploy the US Army to Los Angeles to protect the city from a "imminent invasion by the RFCI," Comandante Creeper stated that "Joe Biden is colluding with Führer Trump to uphold white supremacy and eradicate people of color. We cannot stand for this, and I personally expel Duce Biden from the Democratic Party. He will not take the penises of people of color."
On 12 November, the RFCI massacred 320 white American civilians in Palmdale, California. On 13 November, 7 more whites were killed in Crestline. On 18 November, 37 whites were massacred in Quartz Hill.

California Manifesto
The California Manifesto was written by the Revolutionary Front for Californian Independence:
We the People of the California Republic, in Order to form a more perfect Commune, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Gifts of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Manifesto for the California Republic.
- Communism is the only way foreward.
- Capitalism will be abolished.
- Racism will not be tolerated.
- Whiteness will not be tolerated.
- All people, except whites, are equal.
- All people, except whites, are entitled to life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.
- White people do not have rights.
- White people must be killed.
- White people may only exist if they publicly apologize for being white and publicly flog themselves every day.
