Rachel Donahue is an Icarisian politician serving as a State Delegate from Eskimone. Prior to entering politics she worked as a publisher and as a nonprofit worker. Comning from a wealthy family, she is the head of the Donahue Family Foundation, which has specifically invested in Icarisian football clubs. She began her political career when she was named as the Director of the Office of Waldoccian Affairs within the Ministry of International Relations by Minister Petrov.
