The Federal/Federation/Federated States of Baltanla, commonly known as Baltanla (Baltanese: Cộng hòa Baltanlan liên bang) is located in the Western Central Part of Ostlandet. The Federation consisting a Population of 120 Million Baltanese Peoples. The Federal States is home to Multiple Companies such as, DTB Transportation, Dam Thanh Mobility, Banyan Aircraft Corporation and a Tristar Aerotech Facility being one of the 3 Countries apart of it. Resources such as Baltanium were here named after the Country from its First Discovery.
The Federation was formed in 1989 after the Baltanese Civil War known as Baltanla's Worst War since 1917, With the Baltanese being there since 2800 BCE known as the Balts and would be the Formation of the Empire of Baltanla, One of Terraconserva's more Smaller Empires and Ostlandet's Empire encompasing Central Ostlandet of Monsilva Chankaria Byasa and Akvarelusus. The Federation's President is Quoc Phi Nguyen and Prime Minister is Võ Phú Bình along with its Largest Cities being Baltanla City, Ching Chi Minh, Dan Vang, Hanoia, Haiphong, Seattal, Saigone and Vinh Trang.
Baltanla for being a more Smaller Scale of Nations is a Dense and a Regional Nation to Terraconserva having up to 345,000 in its Armed Forces with the Well known ones being the Baltanese Army for its invovlement in the Baltanese Civil War and the OU military intervention in Ajakanistan and Shaoyu.
