The National Anthem of Baltanla, which is named Tien Quan Ca is the Official Baltanese Anthem in 1989 of the Federal States of Baltanla and was adopted as the National Anthem of Baltanla after the Baltanese Civil War when the New Federation was Founded, Written by Vao Cuon in 1954 for the Communist State soon to be used for the New Federation being Credited for it.
