Nagstsal Dkarpo (Byasanese: ནགས་ཚལ་དཀར་པོ།; GEU: nags tshal dkar po) is a province in northwest Byasa. It is bordered to the south by Nyasa, to the east by Nagstalachen, to the northeast by Nansong, and to the west by Baltanla. It has a population of around 1.4 million. Its capital is Tshanang. The province has the highest concentration of Buddhism in Byasa, with about 94 percent of the province's population being Buddhist. In addition, the province has the second highest GDP per capita of any province in Byasa, only behind Nansong. It is also one of three autonomous provinces in Byasa.
