Monsilva, also known as Leimur, is a Council Delegate of the Council of the Republic and former Speaker of the Council. He is also a minuteman in the League Defense Forces. From 8 July until 16 July 2024, he was involved in the Jammy v. The League civil court case, in which Jack Empire claimed Monsilva's restraining order against him is damaging the mental health of their child, Shaoyu. Jack Empire dropped the case on the 16 July after stating that 'it doesn't matter because the restraining order doesn't even work'.
