Kwazulu-Ciskeian Air Force is the unified military aviation force of Kwazulu-Ciskei created in 1933. It is the second largest branch in the armed forces and compromises of 1,150 personnel. The Air Force is on the same level of organozation as the common army as it is controlled by the Ministry for military affairs and not by the individual countries. As of 2024, its estimated to possess some 36 combat aircraft, 12 helicopters, and a few transports, mostly of decades-old Akvarelusus origin. Its primary task is to defend Kwazulu-Ciskei airspace.
