the ICU officialy the International Communist Union also reffered to as the Communist International was a left wing organization started by Ajakanistan and Zloveshchiy. Members of the ICU had a collective trade agreement between each other and free movement aswell as military protection in times of war.

History
In April 15th , 1989 the Supreme President of Zloveshchiy Alexei Volkov and the Supreme Leader of Ajakanistan Vladimir Kareiv signed the Communist Cooperation Agreement officialy forming the International Communist Union.
