Culture and Specialization
Finku is a remote and proud city comprised of mainly Finnish people with a few Nords and Quebecshireites here and there. Finku is also mainly a fishing town but don't be surprised if you see a few scattered mines in the high hills that barely shadow the town itself. Finku's population are a cynical bunch who value family,selling fish and tradition. Creativity and entropy have little room in Finku's society and it's reflected in the almost identical houses that dominate it's residential districts. It's not uncommon for tourists and Groffenordic visitors alike to confuse hotels with houses as well. Finku is also the capital of the region by the same name. Finku is a magnet for esoteric rumors such as the mines nearby being home to Giants and various odd lights in the night sky. The Government has assured that all incidents have been investigated and they are merely rumors that should definitely not be investigated and not looked into for civilian sanity.
