Early Life
Feodor Adiletov Ruro was born on the 7th of July 1867 in the Adilet Palace which had been built by his father, Adilet IX, in the early 1860's. The majority of his family followed the Saratovan Catholic Church and thus he was baptised in the St Mykyta Cathedral. He lived at the Adilet Palace until 1872 when his education began at 5 years of age.
In 1872, Feodor started his education, notably he was taught politics and philosophy by great Saratovan philosopher Yuri Dmitrovich and was taught history by future Duke of Novaty, Mukhtar Konstantinov Munir, who later came to be known as the Curator Duke, in this time Feodor while playing chase with the Adilet Palace pets was lectured by palace staff, this caused him to have an outburst of anger and demand for the servant to be fired or even executed (this childhood arrogance would be carried over to his life as Tzar as many times throughout his reign he would get angry at the slightest infraction against his power) . by 1884, Feodor had completed his studies and had been given control of the Adilet Palace as his personal household, the Adilet Palace would go on to be the home for all heirs to the throne in future. In 1885, Feodor began to court WIP after a long friendship spanning back into the mid 1870's, they were married on the 27th October 1885 which has now become a national holiday for Saratov due to Feodor's long-lasting influence.
By early 1885 to mid 1886, Feodor governed Adilet Palace and its surroundings with much success, managing to gather both large amounts of money from the areas quarries and farms and the respect of other dukes who had observed this success, Duke of Novaty Malik Mukhtarnov Munir would write in his now famous diaries The Writings of a Duke about the lands of Prince Feodor in the summer of 1885 "I visited the Prince of Adilet today, while travelling through his lands I saw not one single ailing citizen and not one single vagrant, as common with the Duchies of the other Central Duchies, this Prince Feodor, is either a great liar, or a great leader-to-be". In August 1886, Feodor's father, Adilet IX of Saratov passed away from old age and Feodor III took the throne, he was cheered on by both the dukes of Saratov and the common people of Saratov as he was seen as a sign of great prosperity due to his works in the Adilet Palace Duchy and his speeches that promised to continue the relative stability and growth that his father had created for Saratov.
